Guaranteed Underwriting
Employees hired after September 9, 2022, 18-64 years old and work 20+ hours/week must apply during the open enrollment period: November 7 to November 21, 2022 to be eligible to apply with guaranteed issue underwriting while all others may be eligible with medical underwriting.
